Creating a clear journey from proposition to product conversion
Complete website redesign for Now TV - Sky's competitor offering to Netflix - ensuring a smooth user journey from communicating the proposition up to signing up for the service.
Agile sprints while working on site with the Sky marketing and design team, starting from user flows, up to prototyping. Each sprint culminated in user testing, in which the design was iterated based on insight.
Content was planned using post-it notes to form page diagrams during collaborative work sessions, ensuring the needs of the user and business were satisfied.
The responsive design solutions were put to the test throughout the process. Each iteration progressed the fidelity of the design from wireframes to high fidelity visuals.
The project had an aggressive timeline. I worked in-house with the client teams to develop the responsive website. Much of the insight that came out of research sessions had an impact on the business outside of this project. This pushed back the deadline ensuring advertising and brand comms were realigned to clearly present the proposition to potential customers.
